Borough Council (2011-2012)

The Borough Council is where all 54 elected Councillors meet together. Its main role is to agree the annual budget and policy framework of the Council, within which the Cabinet, as the main decision taking body of the Council , then has to operate. The Council is also responsible for all of the functions that are not the responsibiliity of the Cabinet.
