Bodywise Fitness Suite
Bodywise offers the latest in gym equipment. Cardiovascular machines such as treadmills, cross trainers, cycles and steppers as well as a full range of resistance weight training equipment cater to users of all fitness levels. Juniors aged 14 - 15 years can use Bodywise at selected times when accompanied by an adult.
New members must first complete an induction.
Opening times (Bodywise)
Monday - Friday: 7.30am - 9.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am - 6pm
Sunday: 8.30am - 7pm
Opening times (Junior Bodywise, 14 to 15 years)
Monday- Friday: 3.30- 4.30pm and 4.30- 5.30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9- 10am

Bodyshape Fitness Suite (ladies only)
A dedicated fitness suite for ladies only. A range of cardiovascular and resistance weight training equipment are available. You can also book a course of 5 or 10 toning table sessions. Girls aged 14 - 15 years can use Bodyshape at selected times when accompanied by an adult.
New members must first complete an induction.

Bodyshokk Youth Gym (8 - 13 year olds)
The first of its kind in the borough and set over two floors, Bodyshokk offers a range of cardiovascular and resistance kit specially designed for young people aged 8 - 13 years. New members must first complete 2 inductions.
