Martial Arts
There are several different Martial Arts classes which take place at Temple Park throughout the week.
There is something suitable for everyone whatever your age, fitness level or experience. Once you have decided which class you wish to particpate in, please come down to Temple Park at the stated times and speak to the coach who will give you further information including prices.
