Aqua Natal (Ante and Post Natal)
This class involves gentle exercise designed to improve muscle tone and takes place at the shallow end of the pool therefore suitable for non swimmers.
This class is delivered by a qualified instructor from South Tyneside Midwifery Service.
Aqua Fit
Exercise to music in the pool suitable for all levels of fitness including non swimmers.
