Swift & Easy Access - SEA
This SEA referral can be used to request an additional service where there is already a Team Around the Child and Family such as an open Common Assessment Framework (CAF) plan, a Child in Need (CIN) plan or Child Protection (CP) plan.
The purpose of the SEA is to give a brief update on the current situation explaining why there is a need for the particular service requested.
The SEA is also used where a referrer needs to make a referral to the Referral and Assessment Service due to safeguarding or child in need welfare concerns.
