To request care services we will need to carry out an assessment of your needs.

Who can get help?
We can provide support to people facing substantial or critical risks. For those with moderate or low risks we can put you in touch with other organisations (see other social care providers).

Emergencies
If it's an emergency, please phone us immediately on 0845 130 4959 (Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 5pm, Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm), or 0191 456 2093 (evenings, weekends and bank holidays).

If you are not happy with the outcome of the assessment, you can contact adult social care.
