Day centres can provide a stimulating environment and are a great opportunity for social interaction.
Specialist day centres are available for older people and adults with learning disabilities and facilities vary, according to your particular needs.
They offer a wide range of activities, including:

A number of organisations provide help older people and people with disabilities to take part in everyday activities.
There can be changes to names and numbers that we're not told about, so we can only provide a list for guidance only. We recommend that you do you own research as well. The council doesn't run these establishments and services and so we can't provide information on quality or performance.
