We can provide a range of items which might help you live at home, and we can look at making changes to your home that will make living there easier.
We offer equipment to help with:

- Maintenance and safety

Request a care assessment
To receive equipment or get changes made to your home, we will first need to assess your needs to see what help you should receive.
You can request a care assessment for yourself or for someone you know.
Who can get help?
We can provide support to people facing substantial or critical risks to their independence or wellbeing. For those with moderate or low risks we can put you in touch with other organisations that might be able to help. Read more about who can get help with care.

Once we have assesed your needs we can visit you in your home, or you can visit our equipment showroom at The STAR Centre in Hebburn.
