Flavours and aromas of Europe will be in the air on Wednesday (2 December) as a selection of continental stalls come to South Shields Market.
Taste buds will be tingling for the great variety of products on offer including cheeses, sausages, breads, crepes made on site and a great range of honey, fruits and veg.
Councillor Tracey Dixon, Lead Member for Culture and Wellbeing said: "We were given the opportunity to host these stalls at the last minute so we took the chance to have them here in South Shields. It's great to have some continental stalls at the market on a Wednesday offering shoppers something a bit different - I'm sure the aromas of all the delicious foods will draw the crowds in!"
The Mini Continental Market takes place this Wednesday (2 December) at South Shields Market Place from 10am - 3.30pm.
