After-School Fun For East Shields Youngsters

Youngsters living in the Harton Moor and Cleadon Park areas of East Shields are invited to enjoy a six-week activity programme starting this Thursday (23rd February).
The Junior Activity Club is running on Thursday's for the next six weeks, from 4pm to 5.30pm, at Brinkburn Community Association in McAnany Avenue.
The club is free and gives local children, who are in Year 1 to Year 6 in school, the opportunity to take part in a range of activities in the multi-use games area, including sports, games, arts and crafts.
The club has been organised by Sports and Play Development Team in partnership with Brinkburn Community Association, and funded through the Safer Neighbourhood Team for East Shields.
