Help On Hand After Exam Results

South Tyneside Council's Services for Young People is offering support and advice for students expecting exam results.
'A' Level results are published on August 16 this year and GCSE results on August 23.
The service can offer help to any students who do not achieve the results they need or need guidance about their future plans.
Staff can advise on careers, apprenticeships and other work-based learning, further and higher education, financial issues (including Child Benefit, learner support funds and Care to Learn), personal development opportunities and other lifestyle issues such as health.
Services for Young People has a drop in service based at Ocean Road Community Centre, South Shields.
