Reserve a library book
If you can't find the book or item you want and it is in stock or on order, you can reserve it.
When it's ready to collect, you can choose to be told by telephone, email, text message or post. There is usually a charge for this service.
Sometimes books are very popular and requested by a lot a people. If this happens, your name will be added to a waiting list.
To reserve a book:
- Search the library catalogue to see if it's available
- To reserve a copy, click on the 'reserve this item' button

Stock suggestions
You can also make suggestions for stock. We can't guarantee that we will buy these items but your suggestions will be looked at by a member of our team.
Please be aware that books that we do decide to buy will not be automatically reserved for you.
