Reservations
If you can't find the book you want and it is in stock or on order, you can reserve it for next time.
When it's ready to collect, you can choose to be notified by telephone, email, text message or by post. There is usually a charge for this service.
Sometimes books are heavily requested and can attract a big waiting list. If this happens, your name will be added to the list.

Stock suggestions
You can also make suggestions for stock. We can't guarantee that we will buy these items but they will be looked at by a member of our team.
Please be aware that your stock suggestion will not be reserved for you, but any which we do decide to buy will be added to our stock.
