You'll strategically lead a number of key services in a wide ranging portfolio that includes Enterprise and Regeneration and Regulatory Services.

You will also be responsible for the essential corporate services at the heart of how the council is managed including Finance, Pensions, Corporate Governance, Organisational Development and People, Communications, Customer Services and ICT.

A key contributor to the council's Executive Team, you'll possess the passion and flair expected of an Executive Director, with a strong track record for delivery, strategically and operationally.

You’ll have a sound understanding of how to deliver improvements, working alongside members, partners, colleagues and communities which will enable you to make our plans a reality.

Needless to say you’ll need unrivalled leadership skills and be a great team player for us and our partners combined with the strategic vision to deliver challenging roles in a high performing council.
