How do I request to view images?

Requests for view images can be made by completing the request form and sending it back to:

Is there a charge to view images?

There is a charge of £10 for any disclosure of information from a person who image is recorded or retained, a further charge may be payable should images of a third party need to blurred from the tape.

What do you need to send?

We will require you to send a request form with a recent photograph for identification purposes and the date, time and location for the image you would like to see, without this information we will not be able to process your request.

Can the Council refuse my request?

Yes the Council can refuse any request for information, the person will be notified within 21 days as to the reason for refusal. The person has 21 days from the notification to appeal against the decision and request this to be reviewed.
