Based at the South Tyneside Assessment and Resource Centre we will assist you if you are elderly or disabled to maximise your independence by:

• Providing equipment on loan through our delivery and collection service.
• Respecting your right to equality and proactively working towards this.
• Observing courtesy at all times.
• Ensuring the service is accessible to all members of the community
