Neighbourhood Watch
Neighbourhood Watch is a partnership where ordinary people come together with the police and other organisations to try and make their communities safer.
The aim of the scheme is to make neighbourhoods better places to live. Neighbourhood Watch helps by showing people how to protect themselves, and their properties, to reduce the fear of crime through improved home security, greater vigilance, accurate reporting of suspicious incidents to the police, and by fostering a community spirit.
