Blitz-It
A crack team of Council workers is now out and about on the streets of South Tyneside blitzing litter, graffiti and waste.
Equipped with the latest technology, the Blitz-It operators can respond rapidly to all cleansing problems – especially those reported to the Council's Neighbourhood Services call centre hotline 427 7000.
All Blitz-It operators are dressed in easy to spot purple and yellow uniforms that match their new equipment.
