Enviro fayre

Come along to South Tyneside’s third Enviro fayre where you’ll be able to find out about climate change, saving energy, renewable energy and a whole host of other environmental issues.

Environmental organisations will also be on hand to show you how you can get involved and do your bit for the environment.

Michaela is one of TV’s most popular and busy wildlife presenters, having appeared on The Really Wild Show, Countryfile, Animal Rescue Squad, The Wild Awake Club, The Hit Man and Her and much more.

Wildlife presenter, Michaela Strachan, will open the event, which will host a variety of stalls, activities* and giveaways for all the family, including:

  • free bike health checks
  • free low energy light bulbs
  • free seeds and compost vouchers
  • a farmers and craft market
  • face painting, a magician, farm animals, a climbing wall, bird box making, an eco- driving simulator and fun activity workshops

Join Sports Recycler at 11am or 2pm for an organised bike ride to Souter Lighthouse and back.
