Kerb-It Collection Times
For most residents the Kerb-it box collection day will be the same as your wheeled bin collection day but every fortnight. If you need further information about your collections or require a replacement calendar or box telephone 427 7000 or email customerhelp@southtyneside.gov.uk. Kerb-It Green Collections
Collections are every fortnight between March and November.

During the winter, collections are undertaken once a month.

All residents on the scheme will be given a calendar highlighting the fortnightly arrangements and another calendar when the scheme reverts to monthly collections.
