Temporary Event Notice (TEN)

A Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is not a licence but is a notice to the council and the police in advance of an event that you intend to hold a one-off event that involves one or more licensable activities. If you want to hold a temporary event you must complete the application form, give two copies to the council and one copy to the police no later than 10 working days before the event. The fee for a TEN is £21.
