When will we implement a revised policy?
If there is public support and Cabinet agree the revised policy at the end of October 2008, we could implement the new policy from January 2009.
This would mean that the new, more flexible policy would apply to the existing 11 areas and we would start to consult on recommendations for, potentially six new areas – one from each Community Area Forum.
