Listed building and conservation area consent applications
To submit a listed building application, or an application for conservation area consent by post, download and print 3 copies of the relevant application form:
- Householder and conservation area consent
- Householder and Listed Building Consent
- Full planning application and conservation area consent
- Full planning application and listed building consent
Please answer all of the questions that are relevant to your application.
If a question is not relevant to your application, then please write "not applicable" or N/A next to the question.
Send the three copies of your completed application form to:

Please note: The information set out under the heading Tyne and Wear Requirements will only be needed if your application is affected by one or more of the requirements listed. Particular attention should be paid to Checklist 3 relating to Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas.
