Fostering is where people provide a caring and safe environment in their own home for other people’s children aged between 0-18 years, including those who have disabilities and/or challenging behaviour.
There are many opportunities within the field of foster caring to suit different circumstances. Becoming a part-time foster carer can often lead to gaining the confidence to become a full-time foster carer, or you may want to build a career in caring by becoming a fee-based foster carer.
