Can I appeal if I am unhappy with a decision?
If you are unhappy with the decision of the grants panel you can ask for your application to be considered by the following panel, giving your reasons why you disagree.
If the second panel also rejects your application there is no appeal although you will be more than welcome to submit another application. A copy of South Tyneside Council’s complaints procedure is also available on request at any time.
