The Good Tenants' Scheme is free! But, here are some other reasons for joining.
- We provide a full tenant referencing service, usually within 14 days of receipt of the application form
- Our full time Accreditation Officers provide advice and assistance to tenants who are accredited or working towards accreditation
- All tenants who are accredited are given a tenants passport to prove that they have passed our reference checks
- All tenants who are accredited gain access to the Tenancy Deposit Guarantee Scheme
