Pensions - co-ordinates the investment and administration of the Tyne & Wear Pension Fund, the local Government fund for the area.
There are over 100 employers in the fund, including the five councils, and a wide range of other public sector organisations.
Pensions is part of the Regeneration and Resources directorate.
