Strategic and Regulatory Services - manages regulatory service areas, such as Environmental Health, Development Control, Building Control and Trading Standards.
Paul also links with South Tyneside Homes and has responsibility for social landlords.
The teams work together to support our priorities, while building positive relationships with stakeholders such as residents, tenants, employers and developers.
Strategic and Regulatory Services is part of the Regeneration and Resources directorate.
