The latest CPA framework is shown in the diagram below. Each element has been revised to make it a more rigorous, harder test than in previous years.
The elements contributing to our result
The overall CPA structure remains broadly similar to previous years, with the CPA model made up of 5 elements to compare our performance:
- An overall star category
- An annual direction of travel label and 180 word statement
- A score for each of the councils core services
- A use of resources assessment
- A corporate assessment score
