Overall CPA star rating
Our overall star rating is determined from the service block scores, Use of Resources score and Corporate Assessment. Unlike the mathematical model of previous years, our CPA category will depend on a rules based approach to determine our overall star rating. There are 4 possible star ratings, with 4 stars being the highest:

- 3 stars
- 2 stars
- 1 star

Our 2006 result put us amongst the highest performing councils rated "4 stars improving strongly", and our CPA 2007 means we are one of only 39 councils nationally that has achieved the 4 star rating for the last two years.
