Customer Service Centres
Access to South Shields Town Hall
 We are building a Customer Service Centre at South Shields Town Hall. While we do this, we will need to close the existing reception at the Broughton Road entrance from 25 February until late summer this year.- We apologise for any inconvenience while this work takes place. We have provided additional staff to help you and where required, escort you to where you need to be in the Town Hall.
- Customers/visitors can still access the Town Hall via the front entrance.
- We will also be providing a temporary reception in the old part of the Town Hall that visitors can access via a ramp, on Broughton Road. Additional rooms will be available so that visitors can continue to access all of the services currently provided.
