Making it easier to be a customer in South Tyneside.
We are creating six one-stop Customer Service Centres, so that you can access a range of face-to-face services in one place.
To develop our first Customer Service Centre at South Shields Town Hall, the existing reception at the Broughton Road entrance will be closed from 25 February until late summer this year. A temporary reception will be created in the old part of the Town Hall that you will be able to access via a ramp, just further down Broughton Road.
As an alternative to visiting us in person during this time, we would like to encourage our customers to ring the Customer Contact Centre on 0191 427 7000 or the Town Hall Switch Board on 0191 427 1717.
