What do if the information is not available in the Publication Scheme?

If the information you require is not available in the Publication Scheme this does not necessarily mean that it is exempt or unavailable. It may simply mean that the information is due for publication shortly at the next update.

If however, the information falls within the exemptions of the Act this will mean that the information is not eligible for release. To check if the information you require is available please refer to the exemption list.
