Irene Lucas
Irene Lucas is Chief Executive of South Tyneside Council and is a committed member of the Local Strategic
Partnership.
Irene places great emphasis on the importance of partnership working and has celebrated the contribution of our partners in numerous ways such as the Wellbeing Conference, the Permanent Secretaries visit and "Performing Together".
Irene was recently awarded the CBE for her services to local government and ensures council employees play a full and active role in the LSP.
