Mick Nielson
Mick Nielsen is South Tyneside's Group Manager for Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service and a member of the LSP and Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership.
Mick is a keen partnership player and has ensured the Fire and Rescue Service plays a full role in all of the LSP's priorities.
The Fire Service have been involved in numerous projects that address anti social behaviour, health and the needs of children and young people.
The South Shields Community Fire Station also has facilities such as school visits or fire and safety prevention events. It is regularly made available for LSP meetings and community activities.
